We have set up a community weeding party and every Sunday morning we are inviting individuals and groups to join us from 10.00 am to tidy up 'grot spots'.
Jan clears weeds from Back of Avon next to the moorings Last Sunday we finished our work at Back of Avon. This is a popular place for visitors to the town - a tranquil place at the back of the high street where you can sit or walk by the river or for the more adventurous explore The Ham, an ancient water meadow full of flora, flora and wildlife including birds such as the Red Kyte and Corn Bunting.
There was even time to finish off a bit of painting in the high street!
